FAQs

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept Aetna, Ascension (SmartHealth), Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, and Quest Behavioral Health. I am currently in queue to accept more insurances. If I don’t take your insurance, I am happy to schedule you for private pay and provide you with a superbill as needed, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What is the cost of a session?

Individual sessions are $130 and couples sessions are $165.

What are your hours?

I offer flexible scheduling, including early morning and evening appointments, to make therapy accessible for busy women and parents.

Do you work with clients outside of the reproductive years?

Absolutely. While I have specialized training in the reproductive and early parenting years, I work with women in all stages of life who are seeking support, clarity, or emotional growth.

Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?

I currently offer virtual sessions, making it easier to receive support from wherever you are.

What happens during the first session?

The first session is focused on getting to know you—your history, your goals, and what’s bringing you to therapy. It’s a gentle, collaborative conversation designed to help you feel comfortable and understood.

How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 50 minutes.

Do you offer couples therapy?

Yes. I provide attachment-based, emotionally focused support for couples looking to improve communication, connection, and relational patterns.

What ages do you work with?

I work primarily with adults, with a particular emphasis on women across the reproductive lifespan and beyond. However, I work with children and teens as well!

How will I know if therapy is working?

You may begin to notice shifts such as increased clarity, improved emotional regulation, better communication, and feeling more grounded in your day-to-day life. We’ll check in regularly to make sure we’re moving toward your goals.

How do I get started?

You can schedule a free consultation to get a sense of what it’s like to work together and ask any questions you may have. From there, we’ll decide what feels like the right next step.
