About Alley

Hi, I’m Alley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor dedicated to supporting women through the many emotional seasons of their lives. My work is rooted in the belief that women deserve spaces where their experiences are honored, their identities are supported, and their inner worlds are understood with compassion.

I began my career working alongside mothers navigating addiction—a role that deeply shaped my trauma-informed, relational approach. Over time, I expanded my training to better support women throughout the reproductive and early parenting years. I am a Circle of Security Facilitator and am currently completing my Infant Mental Health Endorsement, allowing me to support women and families at the intersection of emotional well-being, attachment, and early relational health.

Today, I work with women navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, reproductive and perinatal challenges, relationship stress, and the everyday weight of being needed in so many ways. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, struggling with infertility, moving through burnout, facing a loss, exploring who you are, or longing for more stability and connection, I offer a warm, grounded space to slow down and make sense of whatever you’re facing.

My Philosophy

I believe healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, and with our lived experiences.
My goal is to offer a therapeutic relationship that helps you feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My Approach

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply attuned. I draw from attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and evidence-guided practices to help women understand their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and build tools that support long-term well-being. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical—grounded in understanding why things feel the way they do, while helping you move through life with more clarity and confidence.

Who I Work With

I support women across a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm

  • Pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive transitions

  • Relationship and communication challenges

  • Parenting and attachment concerns

  • Identity shifts and life transitions

  • Trauma and emotional wounds that continue to surface

I also offer couples therapy grounded in attachment and emotional attunement, helping partners understand each other more fully and build a stronger, more secure bond.

What to Expect

Sessions are a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore your story at a pace that feels safe and steady. Over time, we’ll work toward deeper insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change—whatever that looks like for you.
